The role requires 5+ years in aerospace systems engineering, experience with MATLAB/Simulink, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429 and DOORS, and a collaborative hybrid work approach in a region known for aerospace activity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aircraft systems engineering experience, focused on integration and testing.
• Experience integrating avionics, flight controls, power or environmental control systems.
• Proficiency with system modeling/simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink).
• Knowledge of aerospace standards and interface management.
• Strong communication and teamwork in cross-functional groups.

Responsabilités

• Lead the integration of aircraft systems ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• Define system requirements, architectures, and interfaces for new platforms and upgrades.
• Develop and execute system integration test plans including hardware-in-the-loop simulations.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with subsystem design engineers, software developers, and flight test teams.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, regulations and customer specs.
• Prepare integration plans, test reports and system specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance on integration.
• Support certification with documentation and analysis.
• Manage timelines and resources for integration activities.
