Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, with a focus on complex systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, AC/DC circuits, and electronic components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and CAD drawings.
• Experience with building automation systems (BAS), smart home technology, and security systems is highly desirable.
• Relevant trade certification or qualification (e.g., NQF Level 4 Electrician) is essential.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver''s license and the ability to travel within Stellenbosch and the wider Western Cape region.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain advanced electrical systems, including lighting control, power distribution, and integrated building management systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical faults and system malfunctions in residential and commercial settings.
• Interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
