About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Aesthetician & Treatment Coordinator to join their prestigious beauty and wellness clinic located in George, Western Cape, ZA . This hybrid role offers a blend of hands-on client treatments and vital administrative coordination, ensuring the seamless operation of the clinic and exceptional client experiences. You will be instrumental in delivering a range of advanced aesthetic services and managing treatment schedules, client bookings, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive suite of advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and light therapy.
• Conduct detailed skin analyses and consultations to diagnose concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans and home care regimens.
• Administer treatments with precision, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and manage client appointments, treatment schedules, and therapist availability using clinic software.
• Process client bookings, manage inquiries via phone and email, and ensure efficient client flow through the clinic.
• Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and product recommendations.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of professional products and retail items.
• Handle client payments and maintain accurate financial records for services rendered.
• Promote retail product sales by educating clients on their benefits and suitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Communicate effectively with the clinic manager and other team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a qualified Aesthetician or Beauty Therapist with advanced treatment specialization.
• Proven experience with a variety of high-tech aesthetic equipment and treatment modalities.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and common skin conditions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
