Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapy, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to accurately diagnose skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans and product regimens.
• Develop and implement personalized skincare programs for clients, tracking progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Lead and mentor a team of aestheticians, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
• Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment details, progress notes, and product recommendations, adhering to data privacy regulations.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the aesthetic and skincare industry through ongoing professional development.
• Promote skincare products and services, building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the treatment rooms and salon environment.
• Assist with the development and execution of marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification in Somatology or a related field (e.g., CIDESCO, SAAHSP).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Aesthetician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficiency in performing advanced aesthetic treatments and operating various skincare equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of dermatological principles, ingredients, and common skin conditions.
