Placements24 is seeking an Advanced Skincare Therapist & Product Specialist for a premier beauty and wellness center in Centurion, Gauteng. The role blends expert facial treatments with strategic product recommendations to enhance client skin health and drive premium product sales.

You will perform advanced facials, conduct in-depth consultations, and guide clients toward tailored regimens while staying updated on the latest skincare innovations.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or Somatology (e.g., SAHARA, City & Guilds, CIBTAC).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a skincare therapist with advanced treatments.
• Proven product knowledge on ingredients, formulations and efficacy for various skin types.
• Experience in skin analysis and bespoke treatment plan creation.
• Strong communication and client rapport skills.
• Track record in retail sales or upselling skincare products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and detailed consultations to identify client concerns and objectives.
• Design and deliver advanced facial treatments, including specialized peels, masks, and rejuvenation therapies.
• Provide expert advice on skincare products, ingredients, and application techniques.
• Develop and maintain personalized skincare routines and treatment plans for clients.
• Educate clients on benefits and usage of product lines carried by the clinic.
