About the Role

Our client, a premier medical spa and aesthetic clinic, is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Senior Medical Aesthetician & Client Relations Manager. This pivotal role combines advanced aesthetic treatment expertise with exceptional client management skills to deliver unparalleled patient experiences. You will be responsible for performing a range of sophisticated aesthetic treatments, providing expert consultations, and building long-lasting relationships with a discerning clientele. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of skincare physiology, advanced treatment modalities, and patient care, coupled with a natural talent for client engagement and retention. Working within a hybrid model, you will split your time between providing direct client services at our Vereeniging, Gauteng, ZA location and managing client relationships and administrative tasks, which may involve some remote duties. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to, laser therapies, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and injectables (assisting). Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment goals, and recommend personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and ensure safety. Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business. Manage client appointments, records, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless patient journey. Oversee client satisfaction initiatives and address any client concerns promptly and professionally. Stay current with the latest advancements in medical aesthetics, technologies, and treatment protocols through continuous education. Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to ensure integrated and high-quality patient care. Contribute to marketing efforts by providing testimonials, social media content, and participating in promotional events. Train and mentor junior aesthetician staff on treatment techniques and client service standards. Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in all treatment areas. Track treatment outcomes and client progress, documenting results accurately. Requirements Aesthetician diploma or equivalent certification from an accredited institution. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a practicing medical aesthetician, with a strong portfolio of advanced treatments. Proven experience in client relationship management and sales within the beauty or medical aesthetics industry. In-depth knowledge of skincare science, anatomy, physiology, and various aesthetic treatment modalities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinic management software. Aesthetic Laser and other relevant certification is required. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must possess a professional and compassionate demeanor. Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, including some Saturdays, at our clinic in Vereeniging, Gauteng, ZA . Eligible to work in South Africa. Benefits
