Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications or Business Administration.
• Experience in admissions, counseling, sales or related student-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and families on programs, admissions criteria and procedures.
• Conduct information sessions and represent the university at recruitment events.
• Manage a caseload of applications, ensuring documentation is received and processed.
• Evaluate applications based on university criteria and make informed recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, counselors and community organizations.
• Use CRM systems to track interactions and recruitment data.
