Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and verify the reconciliation of all fees collected by registering authorities, driving license testing centres and vehicle testing stations.
• Verify pay-overs of fees to RTMC, the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS), and the driving license card production facility in relation to AARTO fees.

Job description

The Western Cape Mobility Department, Western Cape Government (WCG) have an exciting employment opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to provide effective and efficient administrative support services with the verification of the reconciliation of all fees collected on behalf of the Department by its registering authorities, driving license testing centresand vehicle testing stations, as well as to verify the pay over of fees to the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC), the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS), the driving license card production facility on of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO) fees. The successful incumbent must be able to work under pressure, willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines
