Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist for the Acute Occupational Therapy Department at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Permanent role, with full/part‑time hours considered, based in Aberdeen.

Registered with HCPC and holding a valid UK driving licence is required. The post involves working with the OT team and multidisciplinary colleagues to assess and treat patients, with opportunities for CPD and supervision. Interviews in person.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Post requires potential 7-day service cover including weekends/public holidays.
• Interviews will be in person only.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions.
• Work closely with OT team and multidisciplinary/multi‑agency teams.
• Engage in CPD with regular supervision and in‑service opportunities.
• May support other Occupational Therapy teams within the Acute sector.
