Job summary

Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions is seeking an Activation Lead to build and run the activation function for a fintech client in Stellenbosch. You will own the full activation journey, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving adoption from go-live through the activation sprint closure.

The role requires on-site presence in Stellenbosch, with emphasis on data-led optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and field activation across large employer environments.

Qualifications

• 3 year tertiary qualification is required.
• Experience in client-facing roles with engagement as the primary metric.
• Experience in onboarding, change management, internal communications, or field activation.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar).
• Experience in large employer environments, retail, logistics, manufacturing, or similar deskless workforces.
• Understanding of SA workforce context and financial pressures facing low-to-middle income employees.
• Nice to have fintech, financial wellness, or EWA experience.

Responsibilities

• Activation planning and execution.
• Own end-to-end employee activation for every new employer client.
• Build and manage the activation communications calendar per client (WhatsApp, SMS, posters, payslip messaging, in-app prompts).
• Manage and execute online manager buy-in sessions and employee training sessions (scheduling, facilitation, attendance tracking, follow-up).
• Design and deploy incentive mechanics to drive first registration and first-transaction behaviour.
• Track daily registrations and activations per client and per department.
• Identify underperforming clients or departments early and intervene decisively.
