Qualifications

• Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification.
• Experience in a client-facing role where employee engagement was the primary measure of success.
• Experience in onboarding, change management, internal communications, or field activation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee activation journey from kickoff to activation completion.
• Coordinate people, scheduling, staff enablement and on-site execution at every client site.
• Operate at the commercial intersection when a client goes live and the employee base builds the activation habit.
