Job summary

Lotus HR and Recruitment seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume AP, reconcile invoices and support the Financial Manager with month-end tasks. You will handle supplier queries, foreign currency transactions and contract reconciliations in a fast-paced technical environment.

The ideal candidate has Matric and 3-5 years of AP experience, with advanced Excel skills and ERP proficiency (SAP/Syspro).

Qualifications

• Matric is required and 3-5 years of managing high volumes of accounts payable in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Proven accountability for the entire accounts payable function and ability to resolve supplier queries promptly.
• Experience with foreign currency transactions, supplier contracts, reconciliations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
• Resolve supplier queries and reconcile purchases vs invoicing.
• Generate reports and support Financial Manager with month/year-end tasks.
