Job summary

Omnia Nutriology is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for an 8-month FTC in Sandton, South Africa. You will process supplier invoices, validate VAT inputs and ensure timely payments in line with terms.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounts payable experience, especially with foreign creditors, and proficiency in AX Dynamics, Excel and MS Word. A manufacturing background is advantageous in supporting our growing operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant finance qualification or actively studying.
• 3-5 years' experience in a full-function accounts payable role.
• Experience with foreign creditors / currency is advantageous.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process timeous and accurate payments in line with terms.
• Manage Addendum file for Supply Chain Finance transactions.
• Cashflow management and ageing analysis.
• Match freight invoices and reconcile with AX Dynamics.
• Prepare supplier reconciliations and EFT payments.
• Assist with audits and respond to supplier queries.
• Ad hoc finance projects.
