Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function onsite in Bedfordview, Gauteng. You will shape the AP team, own end-to-end service delivery, and drive digital enablement with Zycus eInvoicing, Merlin AI, Oracle integration and Power BI analytics.

You will manage payments, cash flow forecasting with Treasury, and ensure strong governance while coaching a hybrid team through change and process improvements.

Qualifications

• BCom or accounting degree required; data analytics certification a plus.
• 6–8 years in AP/P2P shared services; 3–5 years managing people.
• Hands-on with an automated AP/P2P platform (e.g. Zycus).

Responsibilities

• Lead AP team, manage end-to-end AP service delivery and SLAs.
• Own Zycus eInvoicing, Merlin AI configurations and Oracle integrations.
• Monitor AI invoice capture, triage exceptions, and optimize processes.
• Own group payments and cash flow forecasting with Treasury.
• Develop AP dashboards in Power BI and ensure governance controls.
