Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join its finance team within the healthcare sector. You will process supplier invoices, maintain records, and ensure timely accounts payable transactions.

The ideal candidate has Grade 12, an accounting qualification, 2-3 years’ experience, strong numerical accuracy, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Diploma or certificate in Accounting/Finance advantageous.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable / Creditors Clerk role.
• Experience with supplier reconciliations and invoice processing.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience within a healthcare environment would be advantageous.
