Job summary

Zohorecruit is hiring an Accounts Controller for a Durban North-based pool construction company. The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT and payroll tasks, and monthly reporting in a hands-on finance function.

You will liaise with external accountants, manage creditors and debtors, and ensure SARS compliance while driving efficient financial processes in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience, construction or service industry preferred.
• SARS submissions, VAT, and payroll processing knowledge.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
• Strong Excel and communication skills.
