Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting (BCOM) or PGDA is required.
• Registration eligibility with SAIPA/CA/AGA(SA) is required.
• Post article experience will be advantageous.
• Experience with IFRS for SMEs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high performance standards while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to develop team members and enhance performance.
• Prepare accurate, clear, and error-free financial statements for companies, close corporations, trusts, and individuals.

• Prepare and review tax computations in accordance with applicable legislation and professional standards.
• Review work completed by junior team members and trainees, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and compliance.
