The Talent Room in Somerset West (Cape Town area) seeks an Administration YES Intern to join a fast-paced environment. This 12-month fixed-term learnership offers practical workplace experience for candidates with an administrative background.

Salary is R7 500 per month. Candidates must be unemployed, reside near Somerset West or be willing to relocate, and have Grade 12 and an Accounting qualification. A strong eye for detail and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric completed.
• Accounting qualification or study.
• Unemployed and seeking workplace experience.
• Must not have participated in a YES programme before.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office advantageous).
• Attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented and able to relocate to Somerset West.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and operational support to various departments.
• Assist with data capturing, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Support daily office activities and team requirements.
• Assist with reports, documentation, and basic research tasks.
• Learn and follow company processes and procedures.
• Provide support to colleagues as required.
• Gain exposure to different business functions and workplace practices.
