Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a finance professional to manage cashbooks, debtors and creditors, and support the monthly close and reporting. The role includes assisting with journals, VAT submissions and SARS audits.

Candidates should have a tertiary finance qualification and SAIPA or SAICA articles, with foreign currency exposure and immediate availability being advantageous. This is a trainee-level opportunity within a dynamic finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience with VAT submissions and tax-related issues is a plus.
• Strong reconciliation and general ledger skills.
• Ability to work with debtors and creditors functions.

Responsibilities

• Cashbook and month end reconciliation.
• Debtor and creditor reconciliations.
• Full debtors and creditors function.
• Assist Financial Managers with journals, month end and monthly management reporting.
• Tax related issues: submission of VAT 201, EMP 201 and assist with SARS audits.
