Job summary

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brackenfell, Cape Town for an experienced accountant.

The key responsibilities include

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, budgets and forecasts
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Conduct vat and tax submissions
• Support the finance team with audits and compliance requirements

Prior experience in the signage or manufacturing industry will be beneficial.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickEasy) and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
