Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-articles experience in accounting.
• Managing client portfolios, performing bookkeeping, management accounts, and payroll.
• Preparing annual financial statements (IFRS for SME).

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio consisting of individuals, companies, close corporations, and trusts.
• Perform monthly bookkeeping, management accounts, and payroll for clients.
• Ensure client regulatory compliance with CIPC, DoL, and SARS.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles

Excellent relationship management skills

Proficiency in Xero

Proficiency in SimplePay

Proficiency in Draftworx

Proficiency in eFiling

Education

BCom degree in accounting
