Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, insurance authorizations, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with healthcare documentation and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance authorizations for ABA therapy services.
• Track authorization approvals, renewals, and expirations.
• Ensure all clients maintain active insurance coverage and valid authorizations.
