Responsibilities

• Oversees, coordinates and directs service, operations, logistics and activities of Front Office and other departments during the night shift.
• Responds to guest requests and coordinates with department night teams.
• Ensures Night Audit and reporting are completed and End-of-Day procedures are followed.
• Ensures guest special requests are met and communicated across departments.
• Upsells resort facilities and services including affiliates.
• Adheres to Health and Safety standards.
