We seek a Booking Consultant to facilitate our incoming tour operation in South America.

1. Complete tour operation.
2. Manage full accommodations: air, hotel, transfers, and excursions.
3. Handle quote management from date of issue until travel date.
4. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
5. Basic data entry duties.

Previous experience with inbound tour operators, travel agencies, or airlines is definitely a plus. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory. Good attendance is mandatory, and the ideal candidate should possess strong customer service, verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

PC literacy in computer reservation systems (CRS) as well as standard office and business software and hardware is essential. Data entry and clerical accounting work will be required, and no specific accounting background is needed. Proficiency in working with email, online booking tools, and contracted fares is crucial. The perfect candidate will excel in managing face-to-face interactions with our overseas clients. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with multitasking capabilities.
