UCC Holding in Caracas is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee material logistics, warehousing, and laydown areas for the airport project, ensuring timely delivery, secure storage and issue to work fronts while complying with airside access restrictions.

You will coordinate deliveries to airside and landside fronts, optimize inventory control, and align the logistics plan with the construction schedule to prevent delays.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the overall logistics strategy for the project, including material delivery scheduling, laydown area allocation, and warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with the construction programme and airside access restrictions
• Oversee the operation of project warehouses and laydown areas, ensuring materials and equipment are stored securely, systematically, and in a manner that supports efficient issue to work fronts without damage or loss
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to airside and landside work fronts, working closely with the Permit Coordinator and airport operations to schedule deliveries within approved access windows and security requirements
• Implement and oversee inventory control systems to track materials from receipt through issue to site, minimizing losses and ensuring accurate stock records

Job Purpose: The Logistics & Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management of material logistics, warehousing, and laydown areas for the airport project, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered, stored, and issued to work fronts efficiently and in compliance with airport access restrictions. The role plays a critical part in ensuring construction activities are not delayed due to material availability, particularly given the constrained access windows for airside deliveries.
