Wersirius Holding in Venezuela is seeking a detail-oriented Track & Trace Operations Specialist to join our logistics team. You will manage full shipment lifecycles from origin to destination, ensuring real-time visibility and proactive issue resolution.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with three shifts in Central Time, and requires strong English (B1‑B2). You will work with laptops, UPS backups, and headsets to maintain seamless operations while growing professionally in a US-market

• Update track & trace systems and real-time dashboards; interface with client systems or load boards.
• Track shipments from origin to destination using tracking software and GPS.
• Identify and address disruptions such as delays or missing documentation.
• Collaborate with drivers, carriers, planners, or clients to resolve issues promptly.
• Document and report all communications and resolutions within tracking systems.

Job Description:

This position is only available for people located in Venezuela

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing the full lifecycle of shipments from origin to destination.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipment status and location, performing communications with carriers, drivers, and internal staff to to deliver accurate tracking information at every stage.
• Continuously update and manage track & trace systems, maintain real-time visibility dashboards or boards, and interface with client systems or load boards to keep everyone informed
• Track shipments from origin to destination, using tracking software and GPS.
• Identify and address disruptions, such as delays, missing documentation, or carrier issues.
• Collaborate with drivers, carriers, planners, or clients to resolve issues promptly and maintain service reliability.

Your Daily Tasks Will be:

• Monitor Shipment Movement: Begin each shift by reviewing the status and location of all active shipments using tracking software and GPS.
• Update Systems: Continuously update and manage the track & trace system, real-time visibility dashboards, and client-facing systems with the latest shipment information.
• Communicate with Stakeholders: Conduct regular check-ins and respond to inquiries from carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure accurate tracking information is shared.
• Proactively Identify Issues: Watch for potential disruptions, such as reported delays, unexpected route changes, or other red flags that could affect service reliability.
• Resolve Problems: Immediately address any identified issues like delays or missing documentation. This involves coordinating with drivers, carriers, planners, or clients to find a quick resolution.
• Document and Report: Accurately log all communications, updates, and issue resolutions within the tracking systems to maintain a clear record of each shipment's journey.

What we are looking for:

• B1-B2 English Level (Good/Fluent command of the language)
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive mindset.
• No previous experience needed.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fully functional equipment: Laptop, UPS (guarantee workflow during outages), Headset.

Availability Required:

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Candidates must be available to start on the date specified in the job offer.

Shifts: The role involves working one of three shifts (all times are Central Time, CT):

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Daytime Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Base Salary: Monthly Earnings Range (USD)

• Level 1 Experience (Month 1): $300
• Level 2 Experience (Month 2): $350
• Level 3 (Good Performers - 1 Year): $600
