Cinemark Team Members provide a welcoming environment for Guests, handling tickets, food service, and information across Usher, Box Office, and Concession roles as staffing needs require.

The role involves ensuring high-quality guest experiences, operating the POS system, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the theatre. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service and effective English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating, policy, and company rules.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests professionally.
• Conducts theatre inspections to ensure quality displays and safety.
• Keeps theatre areas clean and sanitized.
• Prepares food and operates cooking equipment.
• Follows local health and safety regulations.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
