The ideal candidate is bilingual with healthcare translation experience, possesses strong English communication skills, and works from a dedicated quiet workspace with reliable tech and internet.

Qualifications

Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience.
Strong English communication and listening skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM–7 PM CST.
Must have a laptop with i5+ and 8GB RAM; fast internet.
Noise-canceling headset and dedicated workspace required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and organize medical records for physicians.
Update patient history and health information.
Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation.
Review basic lab results and screening procedures.
Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies.
Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks.
