MonetizeMore is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead, scale, and mature our global engineering organization. You will manage a talented team of Engineering Managers and Software Engineers, ensuring platforms remain scalable, reliable, and secure.

As a forward-thinking leader, you will drive modernization of our development lifecycle, including integrating AI into our processes and establishing baseline metrics to measure delivery efficiency.

Formación

• 10+ years engineering experience in SaaS/Ad Tech or high-data-volume environments.
• 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing company.
• Experience leading 100% remote, globally distributed teams.
• Strong cloud and distributed systems knowledge with smart architectural trade-offs.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale a global engineering organization; manage Engineering Managers and Software Engineers.
• Drive modernization of development lifecycle and AI integration.
• Establish engineering metrics and ensure security, reliability, and performance.
