Ebury Valencia Office is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape onboarding and activation experiences for global customers. You will own end-to-end design, balance customer needs with regulatory requirements, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance and Risk to deliver scalable solutions.

The role offers hybrid work: four days in the office and one day from home, with competitive salary and annual bonus.

Formación

• Portfolio demonstrating complex fintech workflows.
• Experience designing onboarding and verification flows.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to balance user needs with compliance and risk.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding and activation design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, eng, data, operations, compliance and risk.
• Design responsive experiences across web and mobile.
• Prototype and iterate using research and data.
