Ebury is hiring a founding Engineering Manager for its Valencia hub. You will build and lead client-facing platforms across web, apps, and APIs, owning outcomes end-to-end from architecture to delivery.

You will be an AI-native leader, shaping how the team collaborates, ships, and evolves the product in a fast-moving fintech environment. You’ll hire engineers, define the first standards, and craft the culture of a new hub.

Formación

• Track record of leading software engineers and shipping product
• Ability to translate business goals into a technical roadmap
• Strong interviewing, hiring, and coaching capabilities
• Proven ability to drive delivery with quality and velocity
• Experience guiding teams through AI-enabled development

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow the founding engineering team in Valencia
• Own delivery for the team’s product area and translate business outcomes into a roadmap
• Provide technical leadership and lead design reviews, architecture and long-term direction
• Partner with Product, Design and other leaders to translate business outcomes into scalable solutions
• Set and evolve engineering standards, testing strategy, CI/CD and observability
• Own operational health and ensure humane on-call levels
• Lead responsible AI adoption and integrate AI tooling judiciously
