Ebury is opening a Valencia hub and seeking a Founding Staff Engineer (Web Platform). You’ll shape the core web and API surfaces used by client-facing products, own end-to-end outcomes, and help define what good looks like for this new team.

You’ll work hybrid: four days in office, one day from home, with a focus on building scalable platforms, integrating AI-native tooling, and delivering fast, reliable experiences across banking and payments.

Responsabilidades

• Own client-facing problems end-to-end: experience, services and APIs behind the feature.
• Build platforms rather than one-offs, with generic currencies and adapters for new rails.
• Work on client-facing web and mobile channels with event-driven, API-first architecture on AWS and GCP.
• Ship fast and AI-native: CI/CD, observability, and AI-enhanced workflows to improve the client experience.
