Transsion is seeking an HR Analyst (Recruitment & Selection) to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts in Caracas. The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases, with additional payroll support.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with fluency in English and Spanish. This on-site position falls under the Human Resources department.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer management.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Support onboarding and hiring documentation.
• Assist with payroll and HR administrative tasks. Payroll knowledge is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Basic payroll knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
