Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Agentic Generative AI Engineer to architect and build autonomous AI systems that plan, reason, and execute. You will connect foundational models with orchestrations to deliver goal-driven solutions that transform business workflows.

This is a 100% remote role with USD compensation, flexible hours, and a supportive, multilingual team. You should have 5+ years in software or AI engineering and a proven track record with generative AI, agentic orchestration, and English

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications.
Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and develop single- and multi-agent systems capable of autonomous task execution.
Implement agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows for loop coordination.
Build workflows integrating generative AI with APIs, databases, and tools.
Establish validation metrics and guardrails for reliability and safety.
Monitor and optimize agent reasoning for cost efficiency and transparency.
