Job summary

You will work on RAG, vector databases, and LLMs, partnering with data scientists and engineers to deliver advanced AI capabilities across customer service and automation workflows.

Qualifications

• Expert in AI/ML frameworks and NLP techniques for building AI-driven agents.
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Proficient in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI/Flask).
• Familiarity with cloud services and serverless architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven agents for customer service and automation.
• Implement LLMs and NLP to improve agent capabilities.
• Optimize prompt engineering and RAG for efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrate AI models with APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Fine-tune AI models to improve context awareness.
• Work with vector databases and knowledge graphs for memory and reasoning.
