Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to design and build autonomous, multi-agent systems that can reason and execute complex tasks. You will architect agentic workflows, enabling models to use tools and collaborate to achieve business objectives with minimal intervention.

You will design frameworks for multi-agent coordination, implement tool-calling and API integration, and optimize performance with observability, while collaborating with product teams to translate goals into actionable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with AI systems.
• Experience building multi-step agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities such as tool calling.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks to solve intricate workflows.
• Develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend agents.
• Orchestrate agentic reasoning and planning logic using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Optimize agent performance through observability and monitoring for loops.
• Ensure reliability and safety of agentic systems with evaluation guardrails.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate goals into executable agent personas.
