BairesDev is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to keep relationship selling programs on track, coordinating with Client Solutions and Business Development, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms. You’ll learn quickly, grow AI and product skills, and work entirely remotely.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar roles, strong English, and a degree in business-related fields. The role offers 100% remote work and USD or local currency compensation options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, analyst, coordination, or support roles.
• Ability to coordinate tasks with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on use of AI tools at work to improve workflows.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilités

• Execute relationship selling process steps, such as introduction requests, network reviews, and referral outreach, following up with participants until each is completed on time.
• Update and maintain program data in trackers, the CRM, and internal platforms, keeping statuses and outcomes current.
• Provide first-line support to Client Solutions and Business Development participants, escalating exceptions to the program manager.
• Review program results and flag bugs, data inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the Product team by reviewing requirements, testing releases, and reporting issues.
