THE/STUDIO is building an operating system for product creation with two core platforms, Customize Now and Source Anything. This fully remote, profitable company seeks a results-driven Sales/Account Executive to drive high-velocity SMB deals and join a global team.

You will manage the full sales cycle, source outbound prospects, and collaborate with leadership to shape strategy while earning uncapped commissions and a flexible, contractor-friendly compensation plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-velocity B2B SaaS sales experience in US SMB markets.
• Proven outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
• Fluent English communication (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SMB sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Move deals from cold outreach to closed-won within 1–2 weeks.
• Maintain clean forecast and funnel in HubSpot.
• Educate prospects on supply chain and manufacturing value propositions.
• Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
