BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to lead technical conversations with leads and prospects, translating their problems into concrete solutions shaped as role definitions, team compositions, project estimates, or proposals.

Collaborating with sales, delivery, and presales, you will articulate the value of our delivery model while providing consultancy on best practices across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, or quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building software with teams in the SDLC.
• 3+ years in a specialized SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
• Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with leads and prospects with the sales team to translate requirements into digestible documents and value propositions.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events as the technical expert showcasing capabilities.
• Engage in technical conversations with leads to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for clients.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
