Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Partner Success Executive to manage relationships with Senior Advisors and own a full referral pipeline from onboarding to conversion. You will guide advisors on targeting, enable high-quality introductions, and track performance metrics to optimize the program.

This role is 100% remote and offers USD-denominated or local currency compensation, plus a supportive, mentor-rich environment with growth opportunities across the global Top 1% talent pool.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Account Management or Business Development experience in a similar environment.
• 1+ years experience working with the US market in sales/business development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Senior Advisors and set clear expectations around introductions, cadence and metrics.
• Maintain a structured 1:1 cadence to track pipeline and engagement.
• Guide advisors on targeting strategy and enable high-quality introductions through messaging.
• Monitor advisor performance metrics and engagement levels.
• Qualify introductions and manage follow-up until conversion or disqualification.
• Hand off qualified leads to Sales Operations with proper documentation.
• Drive advisor motivation and retention through participation in events and networking.
• Collect feedback to improve program design and processes.
