BairesDev is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead staffing for global openings in a fully remote capacity. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, capture role requirements, and partner with clients across accounts to identify high-quality talent for remote roles.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in staffing or project management, 2 years in full-cycle recruitment, an advanced English level, and a degree in Business, HR, or related field. This role offers 100% remote work and USD compensation.

What You Will Do:
