Toptal is seeking a Marketing Analyst to design and own the marketing data infrastructure, translating paid advertising performance into strategic insights. You will define key metrics, build models, and develop reports that support decision-making across marketing and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; 3+ years in data analytics focused on marketing.
• Experience analyzing paid advertising performance and translating into metrics like LTV, CAC, and ROAS.
• Experience building or owning marketing data infrastructure (tracking, attribution, data pipelines, reporting).

Responsabilités

• Analyze data, build models, test hypotheses, and forecast performance for marketing channels.
• Build, own, and maintain the marketing data infrastructure and integrate GA, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Assess data from newly acquired companies and standardize tracking, attribution, and reporting across businesses.
• Measure paid advertising performance across channels to guide budget allocation and strategy.
• Define consistent metrics (LTV, ROAS, payback) aligned with company goals; provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to connect marketing performance with revenue and operations.
• Map marketing processes to data flows across acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, and overall business impact.
• Leverage Generative AI to accelerate analysis and reporting workflows.
