Job summary

AMZ Advisers is seeking an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager for a fully remote role. You will develop and execute affiliate strategies, recruit affiliates and influencers, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials, manage relationships with partners, ensure compliance, and report results to senior leadership. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.
• Creative thinker with ability to identify and pursue new marketing opportunities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills and proficiency in drafting campaign reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with brand goals.
• Identify, recruit, and engage potential new affiliates and influencers who align with our brand.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates and influencer partners.
• Monitor affiliate and influencer campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials for affiliate and influencer use.
• Organize and oversee affiliate events and influencer activations.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines related to affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reporting and feedback on affiliate program success to senior management.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, promptly addressing any issues to facilitate swift resolution and maintain project momentum.
