Formación

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles.
• Fluent in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for global publishers.
• Lead implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs.
• Partner with teams to evaluate customer setups and recommend improvements.
