BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to join a fully remote team. You will design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks, build tool-calling mechanisms, and orchestrate agent reasoning using cutting-edge frameworks.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and collaboration with product teams. The position requires 4+ years in software engineering focused on AI systems, hands-on experience with agent orchestration, and strong Python and English skills.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI systems or agentic workflows.
• Proven expertise in building multi-step agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities such as tool calling and reasoning.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and state management.
• Proficiency in Python and implementing observability for long-running agentic workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks to solve intricate, long-running workflows.
• Develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend autonomous agents.
• Orchestrate agentic reasoning and planning logic using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Optimize agent performance through observability, monitoring for loops, and managing context rot.
• Ensure reliability and safety of agentic systems with evaluation and guardrails.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate goals into executable agent personas and tasks.
