Job summary

You will coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas, focusing on cost control and process improvements in a multicultural, globally distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel.
• 4+ years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and related services according to requirements and budget.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze, coordinate, and manage existing processes, identifying savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of passport, visa rules, and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy executions and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and relocation needs.
