Job summary

Transsion in Caracas is seeking a proactive HR Analyst to manage recruitment from sourcing to offer management and to support payroll and HR operations.

You will source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain candidate databases and HR reports, and assist with onboarding and hiring documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Basic payroll knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
