BairesDev is seeking a Project Manager (IT) to drive organizational effectiveness and oversee strategic technology initiatives in a 100% remote environment. You will coach teams, monitor outcomes, and align processes with company policies while delivering value to clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering management, strong Agile experience, and excellent English. You will manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and contribute to profitability while benefiting

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced level of English.
• Past experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Good technical expertise with IT industry background.
• People management experience, including performance planning and team development.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively.
• Client-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Support organizational effectiveness by executing and following strategic technology plans.
• Organize and monitor project outcomes; provide coaching and guidance to team members, coordinate company procedures and policies.
• Foster reliable communication and a work environment, develop team relationships, and identify opportunities for professional growth to build staff retention.
• Evaluate and optimize billable utilization, support capacity planning and contribute to project profitability forecasting.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities with existing clients; deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support information technology strategies and procedures by evaluating outcomes, identifying issues, assessing trends, and understanding requirements.
• Support financial objectives by contributing to forecasting, managing expenditures, reviewing variances, and supporting corrective actions.
• Ensure quality service by implementing and following organizational standards.
• Contribute to team success by delivering related results as needed.
