CONTEC Medical Systems Co., Ltd. is expanding its team in Caracas, Venezuela, seeking a Sales Engineer to drive opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and government tenders.

You will present CONTEC’s medical device portfolio and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year in medical devices sales, fluency in Spanish and English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare market and purchasing processes.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and promote CONTEC's medical device portfolio.
• Participate in public tenders, government bidding processes, trade shows, and industry events.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and product performance.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Represent CONTEC and contribute to growing its presence in the local market.
