Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking a Technical QA Associate to act as the gatekeeper of deployment stability. You will validate software quality and manage readiness of our test environments, mastering internal systems and streamlining test data setup to reduce deployment failures and enable our senior engineers to focus on architecture.

You will perform release validation, run exploratory tests, document defects in Jira, configure environments, and collaborate with the team to automate data

Formación

• 0–2 years in a technical or analytical role (Testing, Support, or Product-adjacent roles).
• A power-user with complex software systems and admin tools.
• Familiarity with Postman, SQL, and API basics.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage data across Excel and Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Release Validation: Execute test plans to verify features meet TPM requirements.
• Edge Case Discovery: Exploratory testing to find hidden bugs under unusual conditions.
• Defect Lifecycle: Document issues in Jira; collaborate with developers to verify fixes.
• Environment Configuration: Manually configure user data and system states in admin portals.
• Data Efficiency: Define requirements for automated data seeders; enable one-click setups.
• System Health Checks: Daily checks to ensure testing environments are ready.
• Fast Feedback: Provide immediate test results to help Go/No-Go decisions.
• Process Standards: Maintain test docs and defect-reporting workflows.
• Automation Preparation: Identify manual scenarios suitable for automation.
